Big thank you to all Members that took the time to attend the Contract Informational Meetings that took place on Saturday, June 20th! Both meetings were well attended.
Below is a recap from the meeting regarding the voting process:
– The MOA, Bullet Point Summary, and Ballot are on their way to your mailbox.
– You should be receiving your packet by this Friday, June 26th or Saturday, June 27th.
– If you do not receive your packet by July 2nd please contact the front office: (818) 985 – 7374 or email office@ht399.org.
– Ballots must be received no later than July 15th. We will be having Members of the Steering Committees and volunteers counting the ballots on that day.
