Dues Rate beginning April 1st, 2024 for Recurring Payment Plan is $352 ($348 + $4 Credit Card Fee)
By signing up for a Quarterly Recurring Plan your card provided will be charged upon sign-up as well as charged on the 1st of each month of the new Quarter (Payment schedule: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st & October 1st).
By completing the form below you are authorizing an immediate charge to your card for $352 as well as authorizing your card to be charged on: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st & October 1st.
(Please Note: If you are already paid through the current quarter you may want to consider signing up at the beginning of the NEXT quarter to avoid your account being paid through a quarter in advance since this will charge upon sign-up and on the 1st of the next Quarter. If at any point you need to stop your payment plan you MUST EMAIL: payments@ht399.org.
If you wish to change your credit card information please contact the office at (818) 985-7374 so that we may adjust your account accordingly over the phone.

You will receive an email confirmation upon signing up confirming your first payment of $352, as well as an email each time your card is processed. Please save these emails for your records.
