Engagement with our Members is important on all levels. Diversity within Local 399 aids in uniting our Membership. There is strength and power within the various groups of our Local. On a National Level, Teamsters has created many Caucuses uniting the Members through heritage and gender. Each Caucus pays respect to their history while also standing as a united force in support of all Teamster Sisters and Brothers.
