Registration just opened this week on October 1st for the FMCSA required Clearinghouse. Per the FMCSA (Federal Carrier Safety Administration) registration with the Clearinghouse must take place by January 6, 2020.
WHAT IS IT?
The Clearinghouse is a secure online, database that will give employers and state law enforcement personnel real-time information about CDL drug and alcohol program violations.
In short, if you don’t register by January 6th, 2020 it will affect your employment.
