On Sunday, January 12th, around 140 Teamsters Local 399 Location Managers and Assistants & Keys gathered together at the W Hotel in Hollywood to participate in speed meeting rounds of Mini-Interviews for the networking event “Meet the Managers”. Meet the Managers™ was created by Hollywood Teamsters Local 399 Member Kathy McCurdy in 2007 for the dual purpose of helping Union Keys & Assistants get jobs while helping Union Managers build their teams.

This year was another extremely successful event. We attribute the success of this unique and important event due to the hard work put forth by Local 399 Members Kathy McCurdy and Miranda Carnessale in conjunction with the generous donation of the space, food and drinks by the W Hotel. Meet the Managers™ helps to create opportunities for new and longtime Locations Professionals to expand their networks, learn from one another’s experiences and find well matched individuals to develop strong and cohesive Location teams.

Teamsters Local 399 takes great pride in our Members taking the initiative to create an event that benefits all within this classification. Thank you to all who made it out to the event and again a special thank you to Kathy and Miranda for their tireless efforts to bring this event to life.
